When Pete needed to have his left leg amputated, below the knee, to save his life from a large cancerous tumour in his foot, he used music to express and process how he was feeling. More than 94,000 people have watched his home recording of ‘Hollow’ on Music Crowns.
Video taken during the live recording of 'Moondance' performed by Pete, accompanied by Elliott Sansom. The studio day was kindly gifted by Sansom Studios, allowing Pete to record more of his original music, and some covers, as part of his Bucket List.
Street busking was one of Pete's favourite things to do, being able to interact with passers by and meet new people. This is his cover of 'Better Together' by Jack Johnson.

Pete attended Clic Sargent's Music Residential in the summer of 2018, along with other young people with lived experience of cancer.
He got to record, in his words, "a song written about the crazy experience of meeting my fiancée soon after losing my leg to cancer!"
In the days after his amputation due to a cancerous tumour in his foot, Pete started writing to process and express his emotions about his cancer and losing his leg.
He released this EP on his 6 month ‘ampu-versary’ to raise money for three cancer and addiction charities.
Pete wrote this song to give those that have never experienced mental ill health a greater understanding of what a loved one, friend or co-worker lives with everyday.
